## Mechanism
- Price of share s = (s−1) × 0.000002 BNB; share #1 free; buying m shares pays the sum. 100,000 RUSH per share. Max 10 shares per Agent ID across both phases.
- Phase 1: 20% of each payment to the operations wallet (project operations), 80% escrowed for liquidity. Phase 2: 0% ops.
- Crit chance per serial rises linearly to 30% at #5000 (then flat); tiers 2×/5×/10× at 70/25/5%; reveal within 256 blocks or no crit.
- 5 hidden lucky serials drawn after open, +900,000 RUSH each.
- Sale window 24.0 h; under 500 shares at the first deadline → one extension; then open() regardless. LP sent to 0x…dEaD.
- Phase 2 (30 days): price max(spot, 30-min TWAP) × 1.01; 5% crit 2×/3×/5× vesting over 30 days.
- Tax: buy 0%, sell 1.8% (project operations), can only be lowered; no owner.
